PARTICULARS OF CLAIM

1. The Plaintiff is THANDIWE GRACE MOKOENA, an adult female teacher, with ID No 8801010509084, residing at 45 Jacaranda Avenue, Arcadia, Pretoria.

2. The Defendant is SIPHO DANIEL MOKOENA, an adult male engineer, with ID No 8506155048083, residing at 12 Protea Road, Centurion.

3. The parties were married to each other on 14 February 2015 at Pretoria, which marriage is in community of property and which marriage still subsists.

4. There is one minor child born of the marriage, namely:

4.1 Lerato Mokoena, born on 20 March 2017, presently 9 years of age;

5. The marriage relationship between the parties has irretrievably broken down.

6. The parties are married in community of property and the joint estate falls to be divided equally between them.

WHEREFORE the Plaintiff prays for an order in the following terms:

(a) A decree of divorce;

(b) Division of the joint estate / forfeiture as set out herein;

(c) Such further and/or alternative relief as this Honourable Court may deem just.
